Build own Solar Panels

Solar panels use solar energy, and transfer it into electricity. Solar panel is renewable in nature and is an environmentally friendly way to capture solar energy. It is expensive to install solar panels but after long term it provides huge benefits and also helpful to reduce energy bills. Here we describe steps for build own solar panel

Material required for build solar panel:
Need one copper sheet ½ square feet which is available at any hardware store, two clip leads, electric heater which has 1100 watts capacity, one microammeter which reads current between 10 to 50 microamps, large 2 liter plastic bottle transparent cut the paper into the top of the sand, electric drill steel scissors, two tea spoon table salt and tap water.

Steps to build solar panels:
•    The first thing you have to do is take a piece of copper sheet cut a piece same size as the stove burner.
•    Wash the copper foil with a cleaner to remove all traces of oil or grease.
•    Gently rub the sandpaper to thoroughly clean the copper foil, so that all traces of sulphide or other light corrosion is destroyed.
•    Place the cleaned and dry copper sheet on the burner and turn the burner to its highest fire setting.
•    When the copper plate begins to heat in the oxidation patterns with the colors like orange, purple, and red will begin to form and cover the copper sheet.
•    Since the burner may be brand new, a copper plate coated with a black cupric oxide coat. Keep your drive for half an hour to get a thick black coating.
•    After half an hour, turn off the burner and let the hot copper plate to cool slowly, without turning up the burner.
•    PCB copper and black copper oxide reduced at different rates.
•    The little black peels fly off the copper with a lot of energy; make sure you keep at a distance.
•    Once the copper has completely chilled off, rub it with your hands under running strike water to remove most of the small bits.
•    Do not rub too hard, as the frail red cuprous oxide coat desirable to make to solar cell work might get damaged.
•    Then cut another sheet of copper in the same size as the first one.
•    Turn both pieces quietly, and move forward them in such a way, that they will fit into the plastic bottle without touching one another's edges.
•    Place the cuprous oxide covering outwards in the jar, as its exterior would be the smoothest and cleanest.
•    Connect the two clip leads; one to the new copper plate, and another one to the cuprous oxide covered plate.
•    Combine pair tablespoons of salt into some hot spout water and fold until melt.
•    Transfer the saltwater carefully into the jar, make sure you don't wet the clip leads, and leave about an inch of plate above the water.
•    As the solar cells start to generate electricity, the microammeter will calculate its reading.
Solar Panel is the alternative energy solutions product which provides us renewable solar energy.

Let’s make solar panel to reduce energy bills and help environment.
